By handling your baby in exciting, challenging but safe ways you are showing & encouraging your baby to handle the stresses and strains of life, helping to enable them to cope as children, teenagers & adults in a positive and mindful way.
Yoga can help with poor muscle tone, building on a babies natural flexibility, helping them to develop the muscles for crawling & walking.
Using nursery rhymes & singing helps to develop babies language skills & improve vocabulary.
Yoga can relax a parents mind to enable them to become more aware of their babies non verbal & verbal cues – strengthening their bond & relationship.
All this exercise & fun helps you bond, leaving you both relaxed & can improve everyone’s sleep patterns!

We now offer these classes in ou truly child friendly Camomile Cafe in the High Street in Corsham. We like to keep our groups small so that mummy’y can get to know each other and babies enjoy the calm atmosphere to exercise with mummy and socialise with other babies.
